// Mission Control

Every stream becomes your roadmap.

Mission Control listens to live chat on Twitch, YouTube and Kick, plus Steam reviews, and turns it into ranked ideas and issues your team approves. When they ship, the players and creators who asked get the credit.

// The problem

The best feedback scrolls away.

  • Studios can't watch every stream

    The best feedback on a game happens live in chat, and it scrolls away before anyone on the team sees it.

  • Communities rarely see ideas ship

    Creators' viewers say what they want, then never find out whether it mattered.

  • Players can't tell anyone is listening

    So they stop saying it. The game loses its most honest playtesters.

// Flight plan

How it works

  1. 01

    Listen

    Reads chat from partner streams on Twitch, YouTube and Kick, plus Steam reviews.

  2. 02

    Sort

    Groups repeats and ranks ideas and issues by how many players raise them.

  3. 03

    Approve

    A person on the team approves, edits or rejects every item.

  4. 04

    Ship and credit

    Approved work goes to the team's tracker, and the update credits who asked.

// Live listening

Every stream on one screen.

Chat from every partner stream lands in one place, across platforms, tagged with the game being played. Nobody on the team has to watch six streams at once.

// Ranked feedback

The top asks rise on their own.

Mission Control groups the same complaint said a hundred different ways and ranks it by how many players raise it and where, so the team starts with what matters most.

// You stay in control

Nothing ships without a person.

Every item waits for someone on the team to approve it. Approved work goes straight into the GitHub Issues or Jira the studio already uses, with no access to its code.

Close the loop with players.

When a fix lands, Mission Control drafts the patch-note line and the review replies, and names the creator whose community asked. Nothing is posted for you.

// For creators

Your community steers the game.

  • Play TTM games early and stream them before anyone else.
  • What your chat asks for goes straight to the team.
  • When it ships, the patch notes credit your community.
  • You choose which streams count, and can disconnect any time.

See what we're building: play Drive-Thru Tycoon or say hi in our Discord.

Join as a creator

// For studios

Build your game with its players.

  • Every partner stream turned into a reviewed, ranked backlog.
  • Plugs into the GitHub Issues or Jira you already use.
  • No access to your code. A person approves everything.
  • Credit the creators who bring their communities to your game.

We're opening Mission Control to a few studios alongside our own games.

Request early access

// The vision

From alpha to launch, with the people who play it.

Dead Cells grew in Early Access by listening to its players on forums, by hand. We think every game can be built that way, live on stream, with creators bringing their communities along. Mission Control is how a small studio like ours does it at scale: people decide, and the tool does the listening.

// Trust

Built safe from day one.

  • Creator consent

    A creator connects their channel and chooses which streams count. They can disconnect any time.

  • Chat only

    Mission Control reads chat for the game being played. It doesn't run your channel.

  • No code access

    Studios keep their code. Work goes into the tracker they already use.

  • People decide

    Every idea and issue is approved by someone on the team before anything happens.
